Job summary

SIXGEN is seeking a CNE Developer to join a team of engineers in Columbia, MD. You will lead development efforts, analyze binaries and scripts, and document tooling and analyses to support mission-critical cybersecurity operations.

The role requires US citizenship with TS SCI eligibility and CI polygraph, with a compensation range of $225,000 to $250,000 depending on experience. This is an on-site position offering strong benefits and career growth.

Qualifications

• US Citizen with TS SCI eligibility and ability to pass CI polygraph
• GED and 18+ years of experience in CNE development OR Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Cyber Operations, Computer Networks, Cybersecurity, Information Security, Information Assurance, and/or Network Administration from an accredited university/college AND 10+ years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Cyber Operations, Computer Networks, Cybersecurity, Information Security, Information Assurance, and/or Network Administration from an accredited university/college AND 7+ years of experience

Responsibilities

• Research and develop tools and concepts for operations.
• Lead technical and analytical support in the exploitation of commercial network infrastructure and computer systems.
• Analyze shell scripts, binaries, and source code.
• Document tools developed and analysis performed.
