Job summary

Amuneal Manufacturing Corp in Philadelphia seeks a woodshop CNC Programmer + Operator to program, set up, and operate 5-axis pod-and-rail and nested-based CNC routers for custom cabinetry and architectural millwork.

You will generate toolpaths with Cabinet Vision, Alphacam, or similar CAD/CAM software, review drawings, and collaborate with engineering and shop teams to ensure accurate, on-time fabrication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in custom cabinetry, millwork, furniture making, or architectural woodworking.
• 2+ years CNC programming and operation experience in a woodworking environment.
• Experience with Cabinet Vision, Mozaik, Microvellum or similar woodworking platforms.
• Strong understanding of cabinet construction methods and joinery.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, and technical specs.
• Experience operating CNC routers, beam saws, edge banders, and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate 5-axis CNC routers for custom cabinetry and millwork.
• Generate toolpaths using Cabinet Vision, Alphacam, or similar CAD/CAM software.
• Review drawings and production documents to ensure accurate machining.
• Collaborate with engineering and shop teams to improve manufacturability and quality.
• Produce precision cabinet components and millwork assemblies.
• Troubleshoot programming and machining issues to maintain schedules.
• Perform machine setup, calibration, and maintenance.
• Support cabinet assembly and woodworking operations as needed.
• Maintain safe, organized work environment per OSHA standards.
