Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of six (6) months combined experience and education in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of CNC operation, wet paint application, and welder settings/technique preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions; follow verbal/written directions.

Responsibilities

• Review blueprints and work instructions to produce accurate work while meeting quality, safety and productivity goals.
• Generate minimal waste and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Operate CNC machines (Mills & Lathes) as needed and assist Paint and Welding departments.
• Record labor hours and adhere to production schedules.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor.
