FlexStaff is seeking a fulltime CNC Technician to join our client’s team in Deer Park, NY. The role focuses on supporting production schedules, resolving manufacturing issues, and ensuring components are produced accurately and efficiently.

The position requires a minimum of 5 years of CNC machining experience, strong setup and programming skills, and the ability to read engineering drawings with GD&T proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience in a precision manufacturing environment.
• Strong hands-on CNC setup and operation experience.
• Demonstrated CNC programming experience.
• Ability to independently create and modify CNC programs.
• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Working knowledge of GD&T.
• Experience with precision measurement equipment.
• Strong understanding of cutting tools, feeds, speeds, tooling, and workholding.
• Ability to troubleshoot machining and programming issues.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.

Responsabilités

• Support production schedules by operating and setting up CNC machines.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Purchasing to resolve issues.
• Ensure components are produced accurately and efficiently.
• Contribute to development and mentorship of less-experienced CNC personnel.

FlexStaff is hiring a fulltime CNC Technician to join our client's team. The CNC Technician works closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Purchasing to support production schedules, resolve manufacturing issues, and ensure components are produced accurately and efficiently.

Location: Deer Park, NY

Pay: $31.00 - $35.00 per hour

Qualifications – Required

• Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience in precision manufacturing environment.

• Demonstrated CNC programming experience.
• Ability to independently create and modify CNC programs.
• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
