Qualifications

• Attention to detail and ability to hold tight tolerances.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift bar stock.

Responsibilities

• Track production counts and complete run paperwork.
• Follow safety and quality procedures on the shop floor.
• Set up and operate CNC Swiss lathes for production runs.
• Load bar stock and monitor tool wear during machining.
• Read blueprints and inspect parts to tolerance with calipers and micrometers.
• Adjust offsets and program edits to hold dimensions.
• Perform first article inspection and document results.
• Change tools and perform routine machine maintenance.
