Job summary

StenTech USA is seeking a CNC Setup Operator to join our San Jose manufacturing tooling team. You will read engineering drawings, set up CNC equipment, and work with engineers and production teammates to ensure precision parts meet specifications.

You will measure using precision tools, perform basic troubleshooting, and maintain safe, organized work areas. Monday–Friday schedules are provided with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience operating CNC equipment.
• Basic mathematical skills for measurements.
• Willingness to work Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to produce precision parts per drawings.
• Set up and calibrate machines for optimal performance and repeatability.
• Monitor runs and verify accuracy to meet production targets.
• Maintain routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot basic issues.
• Interpret blueprints and use precision tools for measurements.
• Package finished components for shipment or storage.
