Proto Labs in Nashua, NH is hiring a CNC Programmer to turn concepts into precise components. You will develop CNC programs for milling machines using Mastercam and CAM software, validate and optimize programs through setup, testing, and production runs in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 2+ years as CNC Programmer and 5+ years as Machinist, Mastercam experience, HS diploma, and the ability to read blueprints and use measurement tools.

CNC Programmer

Shift: Monday - Friday (11 pm -7 am) in Nashua, NH

The CNC Programmer plays a critical role in transforming concepts into reality by developing precision CNC programs using Mastercam and other CAM software. In this hands‑on role, you'll validate and optimize programs through machine setup, testing, and production runs, helping bring innovative prototype components to life in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

What You Will Do:

What You Bring:

• Ability to manage time and problem solve in a fast-paced environment of constant change.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment while providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools to ensure correct tolerances.
• Demonstrated ability to increase productivity and continuously improve methods, approaches, and departmental contribution while being cost-sensitive.
• High standard of attention to detail.
