Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Hands-on manufacturing experience may substitute education.
• Experience with CNC grinding and CNC programming.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specs.
• Proficiency with CAD software and Office tools.
• Experience applying root-cause analysis and Lean principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting for processes and equipment.
• Define problems, analyze data, and develop solutions.
• Create and improve CNC programs to reduce cycle times and costs.
• Develop and standardize manufacturing processes and documentation.
• Support safety, quality, and productivity initiatives.
• Lead lean manufacturing efforts and projects.
