Job summary

NAI Signage Solutions is seeking a CNC Programmer / Operator in San Antonio, TX. This hands-on role requires crafting CNC programs, setting up and running cutting machines, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace within a fast-paced team.

You will interpret drawings, optimize tooling paths, and collaborate with design/fabrication to deliver accurate, creative signage components. Experience with multiple CNC platforms and software is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years CNC programming and operation experience.
• Experience with Zund, Multicam, KOMO, Vision, SDS CNC systems.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and verify dimensional accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Create new CNC programs from scratch and optimize existing files.
• Interpret drawings and CAD files to produce precise tool paths.
• Collaborate with design/fabrication teams on builds.
• Perform setup, calibration, and maintenance of CNC machines.
• Monitor quality and adjust as needed for accuracy.
• Assist prototyping and production planning in a small team.
• Operate machines safely and follow protocols.
• Identify workflow improvements for safety/efficiency.
• Adapt to changes in schedules or processes.
• Keep work area organized and update drawings accordingly.
