Anduril Industries in Morrisville, NC is seeking a CNC Programmer/Operator to program, set up and run 4- and 5-axis CNC machines for aerospace-grade prototypes. You will work across engineering, quality, and assembly to ensure high-tolerance parts, develop fixturing, and support new manufacturing processes.

The CNC team is part of the Aerostructures Production organization, providing in‑house prototype manufacturing support for high‑profile programs. This role will partner across the engineering organization, quality organization, and assembly teams to build next‑generation hardware. We specialize in low‑volume, prototype, and development work. We also support some small to medium production jobs. Mainly composites machining, with some metallic parts.
We are looking for a CNC Programmer/Operator to join our rapidly growing team in Morrisville, NC. In this role, you will be responsible for programming, set‑up and operation of 4 and 5‑axis CNC machines as needed. This will require knowledge of machining different materials, and creative fixturing solutions. This role will be dynamic and full of new engagement, challenges, and opportunities to bring the core elements of success for an aerospace machining program—complex machine setups, tight‑tolerance machining of advanced materials, rigorous tool control and FOD prevention, in‑process inspection, and machine maintenance.
The role will also support the development and adoption of new advanced manufacturing processes. As Anduril grows, our machining capabilities and the scope of this role will grow too. US Hourly Range: $35.01 — $47.01 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
