Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years CNC programming and machining experience.
• 3 years of CAM experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with machining, fabricating, welding, and finishing of metals.
• Proficiency with Mastercam (2020+), AutoCAD, and G-Code programming.

Responsibilities

• Explore and develop new approaches to increase quality and productivity in the machine shop.
• Program CNC mills and lathes using Mastercam and other CAM tools.
• Determine routings from engineering drawings; evaluate drawings with CAD software.
• Recommend continuous improvement ideas and assist in implementation.
