Sealed Air in Streetsboro, OH is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer Machinist to program and edit numerically controlled equipment using up-to-date tooling and processes. The role reports to the Manufacturing Supervisor and offers a steady morning shift from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM.

Qualified candidates have 2–5 years CNC machining experience, a high school diploma (associate degree preferred), and strong English communication. Proficiency in AutoCAD or SolidWorks, plus MS Office, is expected.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of CNC machining experience.
• HS diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure with changing priorities.
• Fluent English reading/writing/speaking.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe operation and maintain a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with Engineering on prototype development and blueprints.
• Optimize CNC programs to maximize productivity.
• Manage CNC/DNC programs for machine shop and sheet metal.
• Create tools for non-standard parts and support continuous improvement.
