The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, plus experience with CNC lathe programming (Doosan or Smart lathe preferred), strong math and measurement skills, and good communication. Day shift with overtime opportunities and career growth await.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent; related field coursework preferred.
• Experience with CNC lathe operation and programming; Doosan/Smart lathe familiarity helpful.
• Strong mathematics and blueprint reading skills.
• Ability to use micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators.
• Good written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and program CNC lathes to produce precision metal parts.
• Review blueprints and specifications to ensure accurate production.
• Shape materials such as steel, aluminum, and plastic to meet specifications.
• Determine appropriate speeds, feeds, and tools for cutting operations.
• Monitor and modify programs to meet tight tolerances and ensure quality.
