Job Description:
*The CNC Programmer position offers level 1 - 3. Wage scale provided reflects level 1 - 2.
The CNC Programmer role combines advanced programming, manufacturing engineering, and hands-on CNC machining support. This position is responsible for developing complete manufacturing processes, including tooling design, setup methods, and optimized cutting strategies. The Programmer creates high-quality numerical control (NC) programs for various machine platforms, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and repeatability.
In addition to programming duties, this role works directly on the shop floor to troubleshoot machining issues, validate processes, collaborate with machinists, and operate CNC machines when needed to support production. The position requires strong problem-solving skills, technical communication, and the ability to work effectively in both an office and a CNC manufacturing environment.

Physical Requirements:
While office work is primarily sedentary, shop activity may require extended periods of standing or walking, as well as occasional lifting of items up to 40 lbs. Salary Offering:$35.25 per hour to $51.00 per hour
Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm
