Job summary

Responsibilities

• Independently program, setup, and operate a cell of 2-3 CNC machines.

• Perform 1st piece inspections in QC Lab.
• Adjust programs and offsets as needed.
• Conduct spot checks before piece removal.
• Troubleshoot cutting tool failures and run tool trials.
• Communicate issues to management.
• Maintain safe, efficient, quality production.

This candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule including first and second shift**Job Description:*** Independently program, setup, and operate a cell consisting of 2-3 CNC Machines* Read and interpret Engineering Drawings/Blueprints* Process from start to finish goods.
