Responsibilities

• Operate and program CNC machines for production runs.
• Develop or modify CNC programs; implement tooling for new and improved runs.
• Analyze blueprints and specs to determine dimensions, speeds, feeds, and tooling.
• Create new CNC programs for multiple machines; revise and retest as needed.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company guidelines.
• Convert design specs into precise machining instructions.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues on the floor.
