Job summary

Marvin is seeking a CNC Programmer to support production of premium windows, doors, and skylights. You will create, optimize, and maintain CNC programs for mills and routers, translate CAD models and prints into efficient toolpaths, and ensure tight quality and safety standards.

You'll collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and production to improve throughput, reduce scrap, and standardize setups in a people-first, craftsmanship-driven culture.
