Job summary

Highway Machine Co. is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our Princeton, Indiana manufacturing team. You will program, set up, and operate CNC gear and component machining on large-scale equipment.

You will collaborate with experienced machinists, engineers, and quality personnel to ensure precise parts and efficient production. The role emphasizes ownership of programming and process optimization in a manufacturing environment.

CNC Programmer

$30.00 to $36.00 per hour

Highway Machine Co. is looking for an experienced CNC Programmer to join our Princeton, Indiana manufacturing team. This position is responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC equipment used to manufacture large, precision gears and components.

You’ll work with experienced machinists, engineers, and quality personnel to produce complex components used across a variety of industries. This is an opportunity to work with large-scale precision machining rather than repetitive high-volume production.

Work Environment

Manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, moderate to high noise levels, temperature fluctuations, and airborne particles.
