Job summary

gpac has partnered with an established Milwaukee-area manufacturing company seeking a CNC Programmer on 1st shift. You’ll program Tanaka laser cutters and Kinetic burn tables in Sigmanest, build BOMs and drawings, perform material take-offs and run times for estimating, and troubleshoot on the shop floor.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of CNC programming experience in manufacturing or job shop settings, strong blueprint reading skills, and familiarity with Sigmanest and SolidWorks (2025 or

Qualifications

• 3+ years CNC programming in manufacturing or job shop.
• Sigmanest and SolidWorks (2025 or newer).
• Strong blueprint reading (GD&T is a plus).
• ISO 9001 experience
• An engineering or technical degree is preferred, but equivalent experience counts

Responsibilities

• Program Tanaka lasers and Kinetic burn tables in Sigmanest.
• Build BOMs and drawings, put together material take-offs and run times for estimating.
