Marvin is seeking a CNC Programmer to support production of premium windows, doors, and skylights. You will create, optimize, and maintain CNC programs for mills and routers, translating CAD models into efficient toolpaths while upholding strict quality and safety standards.

You will collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and production teams to improve throughput, reduce scrap, and standardize setups in a people-first, craftsmanship-driven culture.
