Jobot in Blaine, Minnesota is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our engineering team on the first shift. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of CNC programming experience, Mastercam proficiency, and strong knowledge of tool and die, fixtures, CMM inspection, and blueprint interpretation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of CNC programming experience in engineering.
• 2- or 4-year technical degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Mastercam programming.
• Experience with precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
• Extensive knowledge of tool and die, including fixture and tooling creation/modification.
• Experience with CMM inspection and validation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and write CNC programs using Mastercam for diverse parts.
• Set up and operate CNC machines to ensure quality parts.
• Inspect finished parts with calipers/micrometers and CMM where applicable.
• Create and modify fixtures and tooling per requirements.
• Troubleshoot machines and programs to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with engineering to improve processes and reduce costs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area and follow safety protocols.

We are seeking a dynamic, highly skilled CNC Programmer to join our innovative engineering team. Responsibilities

• Develop and write precise CNC programs using Mastercam for manufacturing various parts and components.
• Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring they run efficiently and produce high-quality parts.

• Apply knowledge of tool and die to create and modify fixtures and tooling.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a CNC programming role in the engineering industry.
• 2 or 4 year Tech Degree required (or equivalent experience)
• Proficiency in programming with Mastercam software.
• Demonstrated experience with precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
• Extensive knowledge of tool and die, including the ability to create and modify fixtures and tooling.
• Experience with CMM equipment for part inspection and validation.
• Strong understanding of CNC machine setup and operation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
