Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking an operator for the Rout Department to run CNC routing equipment and ensure high-quality PCB production.

The role requires reading blueprints, loading programs, and coordinating with other departments to meet tight deadlines. You will work with Hitachi routers, Excellons, and Pluritec routers, performing routine maintenance and safety procedures while contributing to continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CNC knowledge with experience in routing machines.
• Ability to measure with calipers/micrometers and read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC routing equipment and monitor output quality.
• Load programs and adjust machines for different product mixes.
• Troubleshoot process issues and coordinate with supervisor.
• Maintain PM schedule and safety compliance.
• Complete job paperwork accurately and on time.
