Job summary

StenTech USA in Derry, NH is seeking a CNC Production Machinist to set up and operate CNC equipment, calibrate machines, and monitor quality to meet production targets. You’ll read blueprints, use precision tools, and collaborate with engineers to keep workflows efficient.

Qualifications

• Hands-on CNC operation experience or mechanical aptitude with blueprint reading.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Familiarity with precision measurement instruments and math-based checks.

As a CNC Production Machinist, you’ll collaborate with engineers and a supportive manufacturing team to keep quality high and workflows efficient.A Day in the LifeYou arrive ready to set up and dial-in CNC equipment for the day’s run. With prints in hand, you confirm tooling and offsets, calibrate machines for peak performance, and kick off production—monitoring cycle times, surface finish, and dimensional accuracy. Between runs, you verify parts using precision measurement tools, perform routine maintenance, and troubleshoot minor issues to keep the line moving. You’ll also fabricate simple fixtures, safely operate hand tools and panel saws, and package completed parts for shipment or storage.
