Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in CNC machining or process engineering.
• Strong knowledge of CNC programming and machining techniques.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Certifications or relevant work experience in lieu of formal degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize CNC machining processes.
• Create and modify CNC programs using CAD/CAM software.
• Collaborate with Quality Control for inspections.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot machining issues.
• Create and maintain process documentation.
