ARCH Global Holdings seeks a Manufacturing Process Engineer to optimize production methods, develop and troubleshoot CNC programs using MasterCAM or Part Maker, and collaborate with customers and vendors. The role emphasizes metrology, SPC, and continuous improvement in a machine shop environment.
The candidate will analyze specifications, design tooling, and lead manufacturing method enhancements to improve yields, costs, and safety while coordinating with engineering and operations teams.

Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering from a four‑year college or university preferred. Associates degree in Manufacturing Technology plus a minimum of 5 years of process engineering experience in a machine shop environment or at least 10 years of process engineering/programming experience in a machine shop environment.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret blueprints, machine drawings, general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients and customers.
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to interpret bar graphs.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; gathers and analyzes information skillfully; develops alternative solutions; works well in group problem solving situations.
Possess knowledge of Word Processing software; Spreadsheet software; CAD and CAM programming software such as Solidworks, MasterCam, and Part Maker or other manufacturer software.
