Always There Personnel is seeking an experienced CNC Press Break Operator! Must be able to decipher various steel gauges and plate thicknesses. Ability to read taper measure, calipers, micrometer, and blueprints. Work with the overhead crane and familiarity with the rigging of materials. Experience with HURCO backgauge and/or PC controller. Ability to make bend calculations and be well-versed in various grade materials. Proficient in set-up of tools (not longer than but up to 12ft). Detail-oriented and able to perform all quality checks. Maintain cleanliness and organization of machines, dyes and work area. Handle machine and tooling in accordance with safe manufacturing practices. Ability to perform required checks and make programming changes to produce parts to specs. Check-in and out of jobs to make efficient use of work time to meet production deadlines. Perform required and routine maintenance of machinery. Ability to frequently lift 50 lbs. Must be able to work as part of a team and take individual initiative to complete assignments.
