Job summary

RCI Off Road in Loveland, CO is seeking a skilled CNC Press Brake Operator to support our growing line of 4x4 off-road accessories. You will set up and run Amada press brake, load tooling, interpret blueprints, and maintain quality while meeting production schedules.

Candidates should have 2+ years in a machine shop, capable of lifting up to 60 lbs, and willing to pass drug and background checks. We offer competitive hourly pay, benefits, PTO, and a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of machining experience in a shop or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate an Amada Press Brake to form parts.
• Change tooling to match production requirements.
• Read blueprints and ensure parts meet specs.
• Manage parts flow and meet production deadlines.
• Lift and move parts up to 60 lbs; stand for long periods.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and support other fabrication areas.
