Job summary

Ventrac is seeking a fabrication team member in Orrville, OH to operate a press brake and support adjacent work centers. You will apply mechanical skills to produce complex shapes, collaborate with peers, and keep equipment clean and ready to ensure consistent, accurate parts.

The role requires reading CAD drawings, safe CNC operation, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. High school diploma or GED is required, with preferred fabrication experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely operate CNC machine controls and work fluently in a Windows environment.
• Ability to use measuring instruments - Protractor, Tape Measure, Digital Calipers, Micrometer.
• Must read and understand procedures and CAD drawings.
• Must lift at least 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate a press brake and other work centers in the fabrication department.
• Collaborate with team members to meet department goals and adjust/clean equipment for consistency.
