Job summary

Randstad USA is partnering with a premier manufacturing leader to hire a CNC & Equipment Maintenance Specialist. You will maintain peak production readiness across vertical/horizontal mills, lathes, and automated equipment, performing preventative maintenance and complex diagnostics.

The role requires 3+ years in industrial equipment maintenance with CNC experience, strong schematics literacy, and hands-on tool proficiency.

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 3+ years in industrial equipment maintenance, specifically with CNC machines.
Technical Aptitude: Read schematics, wiring diagrams, P&IDs, and manuals.
Hands-On Skills: Test equipment, hand/power tools, basic fabrication.
Safety & Equipment Operation: OSHA, LOTO, forklifts or scissor lifts.

Responsibilities

Preventative maintenance and repair of CNC machines.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to component level.
Execute PM schedules balancing routine upkeep with emergency repairs and new equipment installations.
Source replacement components via vendors and track work orders in CMMS.
Assist with shop floor equipment and utility maintenance; operate forklifts, hoists, and scissor lifts.
Maintain OSHA/LOTO safety standards and foster a team-first environment.
