IronLeaf Designs is seeking two experienced CNC & Plasma Machine Operators to join our growing production and fabrication team in North Carolina. You will set up and operate CNC router and plasma cutting equipment, read blueprints, and ensure parts meet specifications and quality standards.
Ideal candidates have at least three years of hands-on experience with CNC router, laser, plasma, or similar equipment, can troubleshoot issues, and work well both independently and in a team environment.

These positions are responsible for setting up and operating CNC router and plasma cutting equipment to accurately produce components according to drawings, specifications, and production requirements.
The ideal candidates have at least three years of hands-on experience operating CNC router, laser, plasma, or similar manufacturing equipment , understand manufacturing and fabrication processes, and take pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.
Both operators will be expected to work across CNC and plasma equipment based on production needs. We are looking for individuals who are mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, able to troubleshoot issues, and comfortable working independently while contributing positively to a collaborative shop environment.
Candidates with strong experience on one type of machine who are willing and able to become proficient on the other are encouraged to apply.
