• Precision Cutting & CNC Management: set up, program, and operate the CNC plasma cutting table from blueprints/CAD docs.
• Material Coordination & Quality Prep: handle materials and produce clean, production-ready fabrications.
• Safety Culture & Workplace Ownership: follow safety protocols, maintain equipment, keep workstation tidy.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: support production goals and participate in training to improve shop efficiency.
