Qualifications

Our CNC machines are the beating heart of our production and that’s where you come in.

As a CNC Operator, you are responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining our CNC machines. You translate digital designs into perfect woodwork and ensure that each piece is finished with precision and quality.

Setting up and programming CNC machines based on technical drawings (CAD/CAM).

Processing sheet materials (wood, MDF, plywood, veneer, etc.) into custom-made components.

Performing quality checks on finished pieces.

Troubleshooting basic malfunctions and contributing ideas for process optimization.

You work closely with colleagues in the workshop and project management teams.

A skilled and precise craftsman/craftswoman with a passion for wood and technology. You have:

Proven experience with CNC machines (Holzher) in the woodworking sector (or a strong technical education).

Knowledge of software such as Interiorcad, Vectorworks, Arky, or equivalent is a plus.

Technical insight and the ability to read and interpret plans.

A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of responsibility.

A team-oriented attitude as well as the ability to work independently.

Additional assets:

Experience in interior construction or custom-made furniture.

Knowledge of automation.
