Job summary

Genesis Products LLC is seeking a CNC Operator to support production lines in Goshen, IN. You will operate CNC equipment, read blueprints, and ensure tolerances are met. No CNC programming required, but lead experience is a plus.

Physical work includes lifting and standing for extended periods, with potential Saturday shifts. Starting wage is $17+ per hour with weekly bonuses and a robust benefits package including health, vision, dental, 401(k) match and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Two years of CNC operator experience required.
• Ability to read blueprints and take measurements for tolerances.
• Knowledge of shop mathematics and precision measurement.
• Capability to lift 20–50 pounds and stand for long shifts.
• Available to work some Saturdays; shifts may include early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Determining materials needs for production.
• Pulling up programs for routing needs.
• Confirming placement of material on the machine.
• Moving material manually or with automatic feeding.
• Monitoring machine operation and adjusting controls for tolerances.
• Operate CNC-controlled equipment; programming not required; lead experience preferred.
