Sedona Staffing Services is seeking a CNC Operator with setup and troubleshooting to join a precision manufacturing team in Wisconsin. You will set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines, read blueprints, and ensure parts meet exact specifications.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, about one year of CNC experience, and basic math skills. Safety, accuracy, and the ability to follow instructions are essential; overtime or shift work may be required.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; technical certificate or vocational training preferred.
• Approximately 1 year of CNC setup/operation experience.
• Mechanical aptitude and basic arithmetic essential.

Responsabilidades

• Read setup sheets, blueprints, and drawings to determine dimensions.
• Set up CNC machines: fixtures, tools, and offsets.
• Operate during production and monitor cycles for issues.
• Perform in-process inspection with calipers and gauges.
• Maintain clean, safe workspace and document output.
• Assist with maintenance and tool changes as needed.
