Job summary

FEUER Powertrain North America, Inc. is seeking a CNC Operator to program, set up, and run CNC machinery for crankshafts and related parts. You will help maintain quality, improve efficiency, and adhere to safety and customer requirements in a high-precision environment.

The role requires basic machining knowledge, the ability to read technical documents, and a collaborative mindset to support a safety-focused, growth-oriented team.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience operating machining equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and basic technical documents.
• Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude required.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC and manual machinery as directed by Lead CNC staff.
• Assist in setup and operation of CNC equipment to manufacture precision.
• Load/unload raw materials and finished components from CNC machines.
• Perform secondary operations including deburring, cleaning, degreasing, assembly, labeling, packaging, and inspection.
• Use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges) to verify specs.
• Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and 5S activities.
• Collaborate with machinists, operators, and production personnel to meet goals.
