Reliable Safety and Flow Corporation is seeking a CNC Operator in North Kingstown, RI to set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines producing precise parts per drawings and specs.

You will interpret CAD files, troubleshoot issues, inspect final products, and perform routine maintenance. The role requires safe handling of materials, adherence to PPE, and some travel to customer sites as needed.

Formación

• Experience operating CNC machines and interpreting technical drawings.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience with CAD design and reading blueprints.
• Willingness to travel to customer job sites for in-field machining.
• Certified to operate a forklift and use hoists to move heavy parts.
• Familiarity with measuring tools (tapes, verniers, calipers) and gauge reading.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with AutoCAD or nesting software is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines.
• Interpret drawings, blueprints, and CAD files for accurate machining.
• Troubleshoot machine operation and programming issues.
• Inspect finished parts for conformance to specs.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and keep work area clean.
• Monitor and adjust programs to optimize performance and quality.
• Move materials with crane, dollies, and carts as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and PPE requirements at all times.
• Identify and help remediate safety hazards in the workplace.
