Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple CNC and manual machining equipment and workstations (50%).
• Load/unload/inspect components to OMS using proper gaging equipment (40%).
• Make offsets and adjustments as required (20%).
• Independently adjust and maintain part specifications and replenish components (10%).
• Inform Facilitator or Department Manager about processes or equipment requiring attention (10%).
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects to improve processes, productivity and quality (10%).
• Adhere to safety requirements in the work area (10%).
• Practice 5Ss (5%).
