Qualifications

• Required: Vocational School – completion or active
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
• Basic math skills (measurement, fractions, decimals)
• Preferred: Exposure to CNC machining through coursework, training, or internships
• Preferred: Ability to read basic blueprints or technical drawings
• Preferred: Familiarity with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers)

• Operate CNC machines under supervision
• Load and unload raw materials and finished parts
• Monitor machine operations to ensure proper function and detect issues
• Perform tool changes and offsets as directed
• Inspect parts using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and setup sheets
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
• Keep machines and work areas clean and organized

Position Overview

NyproMold is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level CNC Operator to join our machining team. The CNC Operator will assist in operating and maintaining CNC equipment while learning to produce high-quality components used in injection mold tooling.

The hourly pay range for this role is $16.35 - $29.42.
