Position: CNC Operator / Machinist

Shift: 2nd, Hours: 3:30 pm to midnight. Type: Full‑Time. Mode: Direct Placement. Pay Range: $21–28. Industry: Manufacturing.

Our client is looking for a responsible CNC Operator / Bending (2nd) with a minimum of 2–3 years CNC machining experience and a high school graduate or equivalent.

Principle Duties

• Set up and operate bending, laser cutting, and punching machines.
• Assist in debugging operating or programming problems to maintain high laser cut quality parts.
• Participate in daily shop floor management meetings and be an active member of SYNCHRO Plus activities (SFM, TK, IK).
• Maintain equipment and supplies.
• Maintain quality and safety standards.
• Plan machining by studying work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, materials, specifications, orthographic drawings, reference planes, and machining parameters; interpreting GD&T.
• Verify settings by measuring positions, first‑run parts, and sample workpieces; adhere to international standards.
• Adhere to safety procedures and regulations.
• Complete preventive maintenance; troubleshoot malfunctions; call for repairs.
• Document continuity among work shifts by completing production and quality logs.
• Communicate actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
