Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC machinery or willingness to learn on 3-axis/milling/EDM machines.
• Able to read measurement instruments and verify part tolerances.
• Comfort with fixture setups and machine changeovers as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC equipment to grind flat or contoured surfaces per specs.
• Measure parts using dial indicators, micrometers, calipers and plug gauges.
• Perform quality checks and take ownership of the process quality.
• Review processes for improvements in production and quality performance.
• Complete fixture tear-downs and machine set-ups as needed.
