We are looking for a CNC Operator to join our team on the 2nd shift, Monday through Friday, 2:30pm-10:30pm. Experience with Citizen Swiss-type machines is a plus. This position is responsible for the set-up and operation of CNC machines in a safe and orderly manner while maximizing production output using efficient and effective methods. Eligible candidates may receive a sign-on bonus of up to $5,000. Payment and eligibility are subject to company policy and outlined at the time of offer.

Responsibilities

• Operating multiple machines simultaneously while proactively keeping all machines in the department running.
• Making adjustments to assure dimension, tolerances, quality and highest accuracy of parts.
• Performing inspection of your parts and your co‑workers' parts utilizing measurement tools i.e. snap gage, digital calipers, micrometers, optical comparator and other measuring instruments.
• Performing minor editing of current programs.
• Following established procedures as well as quality and safety standards.
• Communicating delays and problems effectively and timely.

Qualifications

Compensation: Hourly salary range $55,000 – $95,000 USD. No incentive.
