Description

Position Overview

In this role, you’ll work with state-of-the‑art multi-axis CNC equipment in a clean, temperature‑controlled environment. You’ll be responsible for setting up and operating CNC mills, lathes, or Swiss machines to manufacture intricate parts to tight tolerances.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, or Swiss machines to produce precision components
  • Interpret blueprints, job orders, and specifications including dimensions, tolerances, and tooling requirements
  • Select, secure, and position workpieces using appropriate fixtures and setups
  • Adjust tooling, offsets, and tool compensation to maintain part quality
  • Perform in-process inspections to ensure parts meet specifications
  • Monitor machine operations and verify conformance of finished parts
  • Troubleshoot issues and communicate maintenance or repair needs
  • Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping standards
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow and high-quality output
