ARCH Global Precision in Blandon, PA, is seeking a skilled machinist to set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, or Swiss machines in a clean, temperature‑controlled shop. You will produce precision components to tight tolerances and interpret blueprints.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience operating CNC mills or lathes (set-up and programming/editing experience preferred).
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, including GD&T (preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Dependable, safety-focused, and able to follow instructions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and plan ahead.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, or Swiss machines to produce precision components.
  • Interpret blueprints, job orders, and specifications including dimensions, tolerances, and tooling requirements.
  • Select, secure, and position workpieces using appropriate fixtures and setups.
  • Adjust tooling, offsets, and tool compensation to maintain part quality.
  • Perform in-process inspections to ensure parts meet specifications.
  • Monitor machine operations and verify conformance of finished parts.
  • Troubleshoot issues and communicate maintenance or repair needs.
  • Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow and high-quality output.

Position Overview

In this role, you’ll work with state‑of‑the‑art multi‑axis CNC equipment in a clean, temperature‑controlled environment. You’ll be responsible for setting up and operating CNC mills, lathes, or Swiss machines to manufacture intricate parts to tight tolerances. Key Responsibilities
