Job Details

Salary $31 - $35 per hour

Responsibilities

• Produce precision machined parts by setting up and operating CNC machines, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Program mills by entering detailed instructions, setting tool registers, offsets, and compensation, with a strong grasp of geometric dimensions, tolerances, and basic math principles.
• Install and adjust tools, attachments, and fixtures, verifying settings and ensuring the accuracy of first‑run parts and sample work pieces.
• Maintain equipment by performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting malfunctions, and ensuring the continuous operation of work centers.
• Adhere to and enforce strict quality assurance procedures, maintaining detailed records and ensuring all production releases and quality sign‑offs are completed accurately.

Qualifications

Experience operating Haas VF‑2, VF‑3 mills, Haas ST‑30, and TL‑2 lathe is beneficial but not required. Familiarity with CNC machinery and a strong grasp of geometric dimensions, tolerances, and basic math principles are essential.
