What You’ll Do

As a CNC Operator, you will play a key role in producing high‑quality products that meet customer specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming billets and materials for quality and accuracy.
• Stock and organize inventory and production materials.
• Utilize precision measuring equipment including Vision Measuring Systems (VMS), Calipers, & Micrometers.
• Set up machine programs based on seal type specifications and dimensional requirements.
• Operate CNC machinery safely and efficiently.
• Read and interpret production orders and work instructions.
• Machine parts according to customer specifications and required tolerance.
• Perform quality inspections and complete required documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support overall production and customer service objectives as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Manufacturing, machining, CNC operation, or quality inspection experience is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to work overtime, including short‑notice overtime and occasional weekend call‑ins as business needs require.
