Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate an Okuma Horizontal Milling Center.
• Read and interpret engineering part drawings.
• Use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauge pins, depth micrometers).
• Input and adjust tool offsets.
• Inspect, clean, and pack finished products.
• Complete quality control documentation and inspection sheets.
• Perform other duties as required.

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. This role is responsible for the full operation of our Okuma Horizontal Milling Center. The CNC Operator will collaborate with cross-functional departments and contribute to the smooth, efficient operation of our organization.

• Prior experience running Okuma equipment
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings
• Experience with basic G-code, Mastercam CAM, and SolidWorks (or similar software)

• Knowledge of set-up, tooling, and fixtures
• Experience with basic G-code interpretation and understanding
• Experience with Okuma Horizontal Milling Centers preferred
• Familiarity with Mastercam CAM and SolidWorks or similar programming software
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds without assistance
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and assignments
