Job summary

TotalEnergies Group is seeking a motivated candidate to join our machining team in a hands-on role. You will operate CNC lathes, read basic blueprints, and use measuring tools while contributing to a safe, collaborative shop floor.

You will be trained and supported as you cross-train on molding presses, laser marking, prototrak milling, packing and assembly tasks, growing with the department. Teamwork and a strong work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Ability to operate CNC Lathes and read basic blueprints.
• Basic understanding of measuring tools including micrometers and calipers.
• Solid math fundamentals.
• Proficiency with computer use and basic software.
• Willingness to cross-train on other machinery.
• Ability to follow established procedures and work instructions.
• U.S. citizen or permanent resident status.

Responsibilities

• Cross-train on additional machinery such as molding presses, laser marking, and prototrak milling.
• Follow established procedures and work instructions in a team environment.
• Maintain attention to detail and high workmanship standards.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth RR cell or HSA operations.

Job description

We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual who is interested in building a career in the machining industry. A basic understanding of machining experience is required; we are willing to train the right candidate who may have the following experience.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to operate CNC Lathes
• Basic blueprint reading
• Basic understanding of measuring tools: Micrometers, calipers, micro height.
• The ability to understand basic math
• Computer and technical skills
• Must be willing to cross train on other machinery: Molding press’s, laser marking, prototrak milling machine, packing, assembly and work in a team environment in RR cell or HSA
• Be able to understand and follow established procedures and work instructions.
• Have a basic understanding of shop routers/travelers or be willing to learn.
• Work effectively as part of a team.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow.
• US citizen or hold permanent residency status
