Job summary

Walter USA, LLC in Greer, SC, is hiring a CNC Operator for 2nd shift in a modern, air-conditioned production environment where precision meets innovation.

You will set up and run 5-axis CNC machines in the Geometry Grind Department, read blueprints with GD&T, and contribute to high-performance tooling production while maintaining equipment through basic maintenance practices.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated individuals with a passion for craftsmanship.
• Minimum 2 years of machining and/or grinding experience.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Experience in cutter grinding or tool making is a plus—but not required.
• Familiarity with machine maintenance practices.
• Ability to read and understand technical blueprints, including GD&T specifications.
