You’ll spend your day setting up, running, and fine‑tuning CNC machinery to keep production moving. You’ll read blueprints, verify tolerances, and inspect every piece for precision. Whether it’s adjusting offsets or performing quick maintenance, you’ll make sure each shift runs smoothly and safely like a CNC pro.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safety-first mindset in all work activities; recommend and support safety initiatives.
• Read and interpret job order instructions for individual customer orders.
• Select correct materials and quantities for each order.
• Follow work instructions precisely to complete door packages.
• Understand daily production goals and work at a pace that meets or exceeds requirements.
• Inspect raw materials for defects or damage prior to machining.
• Fabricate parts to precise dimensions using machine tools.
• Select and run pre-set CNC programs per customer specifications.
• Perform de-burring of products.
• Determine offsets and adjust on-screen values to maintain tolerance.
• Change and measure tooling as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor and/or Production Manager.
