This role requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to read blueprints and technical documents to ensure the highest level of accuracy and quality. The ideal candidate will have experience in machine operation, tool adjustments, and troubleshooting, with a focus on maintaining production efficiency, accuracy and quality.

Work Environment & Conditions:

This position is based in a manufacturing environment with regular exposure to noise, lubricants, metal shavings, and moving machinery. It requires standing, lifting, bending, and handling materials for most of the shift. Manual dexterity is essential for operating equipment and inspecting parts. PPE, including safety glasses, gloves and steel-toes footwear is required in designated work areas. Work is performed both independently and as part of a team with shifting priorities based on production needs.
